Black Ops 2 Issue - cmn_root.all

Hello,

I bought Black Ops 2 yesterday on Steam and installed the Solo, Multi, and Zombie modes on the same hard drive. However, during the installation, I got "ERROR: sound bank failed to load cmn_root.all. You have a build problem." Now I can't launch the multi, the zombie, or the solo, and I keep getting the same error...

Is there a way to fix this issue (download the missing file...)

Hello,

Right-click on the game in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify the integrity of game cache.
Otherwise, uninstall the game and then redownload it.
