Remove partial content from text cell

Hello,

I would like to delete after a comma in a cell containing text, using a find/replace or a macro for the following characters. Example

Name,Surname
=Name

    Is it possible with the command
    Data
    Convert
    specify that it is delimitered
    with the separator ','
    provide a column on the right for the eliminated part.
