Invoice template with automatic calculation QUEBEC Solved

Question

Hello dear web members,

I have a problem that I need to solve quickly. A typically Quebec problem, where money is in dollars, and the existing models are in euros.

I need to find an Excel invoice template for a small business that automatically calculates the total IN DOLLARS.

I have found several in EUROS, but I can't seem to find one in Quebec French with the dollar sign.

Unfortunately, I don't have the time to learn how to create the form, as I am very new to Excel.

Could a kind soul direct me to an existing simple invoice template with automated amount calculations in dollars?

My new boss is counting on me a lot to find a ready-made invoice where I can change the logo and basic information.

I'm not sure I understand your problem, but it seems to me that choosing the dollar format would be the right thing to do! But maybe I'm not fully grasping the issue.

Thank you for your response. Indeed, I found a French invoice template in Excel format.

In short, I don't know where to click to change the currency in the Excel 2013 document....

Hello,

Pierre is right to tell you to change the format;

You select all the cells to be modified;

On the Home tab / "Number" section, click on the arrow next to the currency sign and choose "More Number Formats..." to open the cell format (or you can right-click on one of the cells and choose cell format, it's the same);

There, you expand the list of symbol choices and select $ English (Canada)

There you go, € has become $ when you enter a number.

Thank you so much, I found it as explained! The Euro sign has become the $ sign.

Now, is it possible to activate automatic numbering of the invoice, like, when I'm on the screen, identical invoices follow one another, but with a different number.

I looked at the example. Unless I'm mistaken, this file indeed addresses the question, namely 1° Display in dollars 2° automatic numbering. So what is the question exactly?
