Convert DOCX to PDF while keeping hyperlinks intact

Hello,

I can't efficiently convert my docx file to pdf, that is to say, preserving the hyperlinks... I tried using PDFCreator, which works great aside from this issue. When I try to save my file directly as pdf through Microsoft Office 2007, I don't have the "pdf" option, even after adding the add-in (and restarting my computer)! The same goes for Open Office 3, which also doesn't allow me to save directly as pdf. Conv2pdf also doesn't provide satisfactory results as neither the layout nor the links are preserved.

I'm out of ideas! Do you have another solution to suggest?

Thank you!

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 22.0

Hello,
I searched a lot on the forums and the only effective solution I found is this site http://www.conv2pdf.com which allows you to convert your Word document to PDF with clickable hyperlinks...
In the meantime, while Apple and Microsoft keep dragging their feet.
