PC très lent et plante régulièrement

Bonjour,

J'ai un PC qui a presque 10 ans maintenant et il a de plus en plus de mal à fonctionner : il est lent et plante souvent (les fenetres internet ne répondent plus et je dois tout fermer pour pouvoir relancer). Je n'ai que 500 Mo de RAM, je pense que ce n'est plus suffisant aujourd'hui.
Voici ma question : je souhaiterais augmenter la RAM en rajoutant ou en changeant des barrettes, ça je sais faire. Ce que je ne sais pas, c'est si c'est techniquement possible avec mon PC actuel, au vu du processeur et de la carte mère que je possède, et si c'est possible, cette opération sera-t-elle bénéfique ?

    Bonjour!
    avant il faut savoir la configuration de votre machine et sa génération! donc les model de la RAM, du CPU, de la carte mère!
    mais pour être plus rapide il faut change de machine si vous aviez bien les possibilités.

    Le but du jeu est de ne pas changer de PC, le mien me convient parfaitement, je voudrais juste gagner un peu de vitesse et pouvoir le conserver encore un peu, sans investir trop.

    J'utilise un DELL avec un processeur AMD athlon 64 3200+ ; 2 Ghz, 448 Mo
    Je l'utilise avec XP pro.

    Pour les caractéristiques détaillées de la RAM, du CPU et de la carte mère, je ne sais pas ou trouver les informations, peux-tu m'aiguilller ?
