    fait 1 recherche manuelle des MAJ via windows update et installe les MAJ proposées

    n'arrive pas à entrer dans Windows update çà n'arrête pas de mouliner...

    démarre le pc en mode sans échec avec prise en charge de réseau

    ps: ne pas démarrer le mode sans échec via msconfig

    ensuite fais ceci

    télécharge adwcleaner sur ton bureau (clique sur la flèche verte)

    le lien http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/viewdownload/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner

    utlisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    choisis le mode suppression

    le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\adw[S1].txt

    poste le rapport via 1 copier/coller

    dis moi si tu as des soucis

    j'ai fait le redemmarage avec le mode sans échec, je rentre dans adwcleaner mais dès que je télécharge çà m'affiche bien OUVRIR ou ENREGISTRER quand je clique sur l'un ou l'autre n'arrive pas à le télécharger....QUOI FAIRE....MERCI POUR TES CONSEILS

    non depuis 3 jours ....j'ai du faire un fausse manip et voilà le résultat ... çà commence à me prendre la tête mais que faire sinon d'être patiente avec un gars aussi sympa

    fais ceci maintenant s'il te plaît (faut vérifié que ton pc n'est pas infecté)

    télécharge zhpdiag sur ton bureau (outil de diagnostic)

    le lien https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/24803-zhpdiag/

    le tuto http://www.security-helpzone.com/forum/Thread-ZHPDiag-Generer-un-rapport

    utilisateurs vista-w7-w8 exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (clic droit)

    pour lancer le scan clique sur la loupe avec le + (2ème bouton en haut a gauche)

    le rapport s'affichera sur ton bureau et dans C:\zhpdiag.txt

    poste le rapport via ce lien https://www.cjoint.com/

    fais 1 scan avec zhpdiag et je te dirai ce qui ne vas pas sur ton pc
