Hello everyone, I recently bought an MSI PC which I was very satisfied with until now.
After my sister downloaded a Windows package containing word processing software, etc., and she restarted it, we were presented with the following message:

attempting repairs with the Windows icon in the background, all on a black screen.

I saw online that the problem is quite common, but I couldn't find any solutions :s

Help me please :'(

    -It's an Office pack that comes from Pirate Bay.
    -The computer runs on Windows 8.

    My sister assures me that this is the first time this has happened even though she has downloaded numerous times from Pirate Bay.
