Problème avec le logithèque ubuntu

Bonjour,

Je voudrais savoir comment faire pour que mon logithèque ubuntu version : 4.1.12 re-fonctionne car quand j'essaie de télécharger quelque chose un message s'affiche disant qu'il mais impossible d'installer ou de supprimer des éléments tant que le catalogue des paquets n'est pas réparé et quand je clic sur réparer ensuite il me mette que le paquet est cassé.

Alors si vous avez des solutions à me donner cela m'aiderai beaucoup merci d'avance

    Peux-tu ouvrir un terminal, lancer les commandes suivantes et nous copier coller leur résultat ?

      Il y a un nouveau message qui s'est affiché 

      Vérifiez si vous utilisez des dépôts de tierces parties. Si c'est le cas, désactivez-les car ils sont parfois source de problèmes.
De plus, exécutez la commande suivante dans un  terminal : sudo apt-get install -f

      J'espère que tu as fait un copier-coller si non tu as dû galérer :-)

      Il manque le résultat des commandes (vérifie au préalable que tu es connectée à Internet) : 

      sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade


      Pour la première commande je ne vois rien de choquant.

              Très étrange ton erreur. Si on regarde ici :

              ... on s'aperçoit que linux-headers-generic dépend de linux-headers-3.2.0-40-generic or toi tu as une version postérieure (3.2.0.39.47). J'avoue ne pas très bien comprendre comment tu peux avoir une version plus récente que celle qui est normalement disponible en ubuntu precise.

              Peux-tu lancer les commandes suivantes et me dire ce qu'elle retournent 

              sudo apt-get install aptitude
sudo aptitude reinstall linux-image-generic linux-headers-generic
sudo aptitude safe-upgrade

                  En fait il y a un truc bizarre on dirait que tu as un mix de paquets 64 bits (amd64) et 32 bits (i386). En temps normal ils devraient être tous pareil. Il arrive de temps en temps qu'on installe des paquets i386 sur une installation 32 bits par exemple pour skype mais c'est sensé être un cas exceptionnel. Du coup est-ce que tu es dans ce cas ?

                  Est ce que tu peux me dire ce que renvoie la commande : 

                  sudo aptitude remove linux-generic linux-header


                  (copie colle le résultat et répond "n" afin que je vois si ça ne pose pas de problème).

                        Oui en fait les deux paquets (linux-headers-generic et linux-image-generic) bloquaient tout. Est-ce que du coup ta mise à jour arrive jusqu'au bout. Si supprimer ces paquets ne fait que les virer tout les deux (et aucun autre en cascade), tu peux les supprimer et faire une mise à jour. 

                        sudo aptitude remove linux-image-generic
sudo aptitude remove linux-headers-generic
sudo aptitude update
sudo aptitude safe-upgrade
