Hello,
I would like some help to reset my Nokia C3-01.
I have a problem with the touchscreen; I can't access my menu. When I touch the menu area, it activates the area above it. There is a ±2cm offset between the part I touch and the part that is activated.
How can I reset it knowing that I don't have access to the menu?

    It doesn't work.
    It asks me for confirmation via the touchscreen. But if the touchscreen doesn't work, how can I confirm?

    Hello,
    I have the same issue, I can no longer access the menu or any touch functions!
    It's really annoying!
    Is there a diagnostic or repair tool (at least to know what the problem is) available on the net?

    Hello,

    To reset your phone to factory settings, you need to type:

    *#res0# (*#7370#)
    the password if it has never been changed is 12345

    *** WARNING *** this operation deletes all data from your phone, remember to back up with Nokia Suite.
