Hello.
Via Michelin is blocked on my latest routes: from Paris to Lyon. I can't calculate another route, it’s blocked.
How could I unlock it, so I can calculate another route.

I just took a tour on the web in search of information regarding your request.
Unfortunately, corrective actions are not numerous.
The only credible information would come from a firewall or a Firefox add-on called Adblock.
Do you use any of these?

I went to start up, all the programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. I still have the same problem. But I have a file yellowSolt inc 4349.exe. I can’t get rid of it, maybe my problem comes from there.
