Changer le systeme d'exploitation

Bonjour, je suis Cedric je voudrais changer le systeme d'exploitation de mon hp probook 4530S quand je boot ca me sort 3 options "BOOT ETHERNET, BOOT UPGRADE, BOOT HARDDRIVE" quelle option dois je choisir.
