Tu ouvres un terminal, et dedans tu inscris :
sudo sh /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
sudo sh /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh

Tout dépend de la version de Xubuntu !
J'ai réussi avec la Xubuntu 16.04.2

J'ai trouvé la solution tend convoité
En fait la solution se trouve : https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/lire_un_dvd
Seulement il manque le script : install-css.sh
Sont contenue est le suivant :

Pour tous ceux qui sont un peut feignant voici le script !

Il suffit de le copier depuis un terminal vers /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4
Exemple : # cp -fr install-css.sh /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4
puis il suffit de tapé : sudo bash /usr/share/doc/libdvdread4/install-css.sh
Et je vous garantie que cela fonctionne !
J'ai fait cela dans une Xubuntu 16.04.2 le script était manquant !
