Fullscreen mode on VirtualBox?

Hello, I have virtualized Windows 7 on VirtualBox and when I go full screen:
the screen format is 800x600 pixels.
Now, I'm asking how to adapt it to the size of my screen: therefore 1366x768 pixels

PS: Does VMware Player allow virtualization of a system? Is it free? If so, how do you use it? = \

    Hi
    did you install the guest additions on your virtual machine?
    to do this, go to the devices tab at the top between screen and help and select install guest additions
    then on your VM you right-click and change the display settings of your virtualized Windows
