Je n'arrive plus à lancer mon windows

Bonjour, j'ai un énorme soucis avec mon Packard Bell 8. Quand je le démarre au début il me met l'image packerd Bell 8 comme d'habitude et ensuite sa me met starting windows au lieu de windows se démarre et de plus il n'y a pas d'image windows comme d'habitude et après sa me met un écran bleu fonce et dessus c'est marqué
