Bonjour
mon ordi redémarre lorsque je veux faire un scan avec un anti-spyyware,ou avec avast, parfois il se bloque;
j'ai essayé les conseil du forum mais ca continue
si quelqu'un a une idée de ce qu'il m'arrive, merci

j'ai lancé AVG, il a redémarré avant la fin, et il s'est bloqué a la page d'acceuil, je l'ai redémarré, il est revenu normalement mais avec un écran noir assez long.

il a l'air de fonctionner mieux mais c'est toujours ce probleme de scann anti spyware

Pour le scan, tu le fais en sans echec? Il entre peut etre en conflit, je sais pas...

donc, hier après mes émotions j'ai scanné avec AVG, il a redémarré, avec Squared, il a été jusqu'au bout, avec spybot, il a redémarré.
tout de suite, je viens de scanner en mse, AVG, il a redémarré au bout d'1/4 d'heure, un peu apres avoir avoir trouvé DIALER FREE.fr, risque élevé. puis en mse avec spybot, redémarré.
j'ai réessayé AVG en mode normal, il a redémarré en boucle 2 fois, la 3éme il s'est bloqué a la page d'acceuil, finalement il est revenu a de bons sentiments; manifestement il n'aime pas etre scanné.
sinon, j'ai essayé movie maker, j'ai ouvert des fichiers, j'ai été sur internet, ca fonctionne.
