PC subitement très lent à démarrer !!!

Bonjour,

Mon PC XP SP3 est subitement devenu très lent au démarrage.
Au démarrage, j'ai le logo Windows pendant quelque dizaines de secondes puis un écran noir avec le pointeur de souris pendant plusieurs mn puis le bureau apparait mais la connexion réseau wifi met encore plusieurs mn à être active. C'est seulement après toutes ces mn (un paquet) à attendre que mon PC est utilisable.
J'ai essayé de me dépanner toutseul avant de venir vous solliciter sur le forum.
Voici ce que j'ai fait sans grands résultats:
J'ai vérifier les paramètres sytème du gestionnaire de périphériques. Tout est OK.
J'ai défragmenté mon disque dur occupé à moins de 2/3.
J'ai fait tourner l'antivirus AVAST (scan complet) qui n'a rien trouvé.
J'ai aussi fait tourner MalwareBytes (scan complet) qui n'a lui aussi n'a rien trouvé !
J'ai lancé Hijackthis et je n'ai pas l'impression qu'il y est un PB (je mets le log ci dessous)

Soit c'est un vieux PC mais qui fonctionnait très bien jusqu'à présent (utilisation bureautique essentiellement) et que je n'ai pas les moyens de remplacer.
Je ne sais plus comment m'en sortir.
