Hello,
I managed to add a ringtone to my Nexus 4 LG (connected via USB to the PC and added an MP3 to the Ringtones folder)
How do I add a custom notification sound for incoming GMAIL emails? Gmail has its own notification sounds. Where are they? I searched for a long time on my smartphone and then on the Internet, but I’m going in circles.

Hello,
It’s probably too late, but you can add the mp3 files to Nexus 5\Internal Storage\media\audio\notifications and in the Gmail app, you can choose the music you want for these emails in general or just for a specific label. -
Hello,
It is not possible to add ringtones to GMAIL. The only ringtones you will have are those of your notifications, so they are the ringtones from your mobile.
