I watched the 2 tutorials, what do you want me to do with the first one? And I did a diagnosis as explained in the second tutorial and it displays "the problem-solving has ended without detecting any problem."

Go to Network and Internet
Network and Sharing Center
Manage Wireless Networks
Properties of the Card
Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP
Click on Properties
Check that Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server addresses automatically are checked.

go to your yellow triangle right-click on it "open Network and Sharing Center"
click on change adapter settings
>wi-fi: right-click
>search for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"
>properties
>use the following DNS server address
and you write:
*Preferred DNS Server: 208-067-222-222
*Alternate DNS Server: 208-067-222-220 -
Hello,
try opening a command prompt by pressing Windows + R, type cmd in the window that opens, then hit enter.
When you're on the black window, type ipconfig /renew and press enter, and see if it works. -
