    I watched the 2 tutorials, what do you want me to do with the first one? And I did a diagnosis as explained in the second tutorial and it displays "the problem-solving has ended without detecting any problem."

    No more driver issues, no exclamation points.

    Open a new topic in the forum --> Network
    They will be able to help you with this connection issue.

    Go to Network and Internet
    Network and Sharing Center
    Manage Wireless Networks
    Properties of the Card
    Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP
    Click on Properties
    Check that Obtain an IP address automatically and Obtain DNS server addresses automatically are checked.

    go to your yellow triangle right-click on it "open Network and Sharing Center"
    click on change adapter settings
    >wi-fi: right-click
    >search for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)"
    >properties
    >use the following DNS server address
    and you write:
    *Preferred DNS Server: 208-067-222-222
    *Alternate DNS Server: 208-067-222-220

    Hello,
    try opening a command prompt by pressing Windows + R, type cmd in the window that opens, then hit enter.
    When you're on the black window, type ipconfig /renew and press enter, and see if it works.
