mais
peut-être un helper viendra-t-il t'aider si tu donnes quelques compléments d'information :

Quelle série de manipulations actionnes-tu exactement pour lancer ce type de restauration (et quel est son nom précis) ?

la manipulation est "Ctrl+Alt+F10" au démarrage, et le formatage s'appelle " Réinstaller le disque C:"

J'ai vu le message pour Vista essaie de recommencer la manip en mettant F12 au démarrage du PC auquel tu remets ton Cd de Windows et restauration en mode usine
Normalement sa devrait fonctionner

ah, par contre je ne retrouve pus le cd de vista étant donné que cela fait très longtemps que j'ai acheté cet ordi, je ne peux pas le crée le cd moi-même ?

- type in Search box -> MSCONFIG
- find at top of list
- Right Click on
- RUN AS ADMIN
- In MSCONFIG
-> Boot tab
-> Boot Options
-> uncheck SAFE BOOT
= APPLY / OK

Here is a Pictorial Guide for you to attempt to get out of Safe Mode;
1. Close any running programs and open Windows so you are back at the desktop.
2. Click on the Start () button.
3. In the Start Menu Search Box () type msconfig and press enter on your keyboard.
4. The System Configuration utility will open and you will see a screen similar to the one below.
