Je ne peux pas t'aider, étant donné que je suis une bille...
mais
peut-être un helper viendra-t-il t'aider si tu donnes quelques compléments d'information :
1. Nom et modèle de l'ordinateur
2. 32 ou 64 bit ?
3. Origine du Vista
4. Libellé exact des messages d'erreur

voila, pendant la restauration il me met "41 a été renvoyé lors de la restauration d'une image"

Vraisemblablement un problème spécifique au Vaio. Quel modèle ?
Quelle série de manipulations actionnes-tu exactement pour lancer ce type de restauration (et quel est son nom précis) ?

la manipulation est "Ctrl+Alt+F10" au démarrage, et le formatage s'appelle " Réinstaller le disque C:"

Bonjour,
J'ai vu le message pour Vista essaie de recommencer la manip en mettant F12 au démarrage du PC auquel tu remets ton Cd de Windows et restauration en mode usine
Normalement sa devrait fonctionner

ah, par contre je ne retrouve pus le cd de vista étant donné que cela fait très longtemps que j'ai acheté cet ordi, je ne peux pas le crée le cd moi-même ?

- Start
- type in Search box -> MSCONFIG
- find at top of list
- Right Click on
- RUN AS ADMIN
- In MSCONFIG
-> Boot tab
-> Boot Options
-> uncheck SAFE BOOT
= APPLY / OK

Hit Enter and after that runs
chkdsk /f /r
Hit Enter ( Spaces between C and / k and / and f and / )
Retry Startup Repair after Chkdsk.

If needed after those you can try System Restore from the Recovery or Vista disk.

Here is a Pictorial Guide for you to attempt to get out of Safe Mode;
1. Close any running programs and open Windows so you are back at the desktop.
2. Click on the Start () button.
3. In the Start Menu Search Box () type msconfig and press enter on your keyboard.
4. The System Configuration utility will open and you will see a screen similar to the one below.

Bonjour, dsl du retard, j'ai trouver des cd de 4,7 go dans mon sous-sol, est que je peux graver un système d'exploitation dessus et le lancer sur mon pc ?
