UC qui sature, windows rame

Bonjour,

Hier pendant un traitement d'image assez lourde sous photoshop mon PC s'est mis à ramer. J'ai tout fermé, redemarré (mais ce fut très long, même la musique de windows a ramé à la lecture), rien à faire, lorsque j'ouvre un programme, winplayer, photoshop, etc... mon UC a tendance à saturer et ca rame à fond.

J'ai lancé mon antivirus, il analysé 500 fichiers en 1h, j'ai préféré fermer.
J'ai lancé spybot et cclaeaner et tout nettoyé.

Je suis sous windows XP avec un sony vaio 1,7ghz, 512 de ram et 80 go de DD.

Un formatage m'enbeterait vraiment... Si quelqu'un peut me renseigner ca m'aiderait bcp.
