How to block a URL?

Hello,
I would like to block a certain website, but I want it to be blocked for all devices connected to my network, for example by using my Livebox or another way... is it possible?
I have the latest Livebox.

Configuration: Windows 8 / Firefox 19.0

    With the latest Livebox (from Orange, I suppose?), that's not possible, sorry.

    But is there no other way to block a URL across the whole network?
