Hello, what does "moderated photos" mean? I'm not good with computers, why can't I upload the photos from my computer?

    You are certainly talking about a site where you have uploaded photos.
    If you receive a message that your photos have been moderated!
    This means that your photos did not comply with the site's terms of service.
