USB Gamepad Driver for PC

Hello,

I bought a USB PC gamepad from a brand called Havic.
The problem is that when I wanted to install the driver with the CD provided, to my surprise I found that the CD is empty (still blank)... :s
I used the site ma-config.com and it identified the device as

Device name: Generic USB Joystick
Manufacturer name: DragonRise Inc.

Also, one more thing: when I let Windows install the gamepad automatically, it didn't work well, and now once it's plugged in, it says unrecognized device???? :S
