Hello!
Excuse me if I hesitate: I am a "senior - beginner".
I have the same problem as "UKIOSS" (message from Saturday, October 15): following what seems to be a restoration, I had to disable Panda 2007 which was preventing me from accessing the internet.
After the restoration, a message appeared indicating that VCL50.BPL has been uninstalled.
THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CANNOT REINSTALL VCL50.BPL! (I can't find where to click and I'm not sure where VCL50 should be placed!)
Thus, I cannot reinstall Panda either!
You will find me incompetent!
Your help will be valuable to me and I thank you.
