Weight Watchers Subscription

Hello,
The day before yesterday, I subscribed to a 3-month membership with Weight Watchers. Not knowing the principle, I decided to test the service once the subscription was taken. Yesterday, I realized that it wouldn't work for me and I sent an email to cancel, invoking the right of withdrawal within 7 days. Weight Watchers is telling me that this does not apply.
Could you please confirm if that is the case?
Thank you in advance for your help.

    5. Termination or cancellation of the subscription
    A. Termination Without Cause
    (i) During the Initial Payment Plan
You may terminate your subscription to Online Products at any time by providing written notice (an email is sufficient) to Customer Service.
However, since the Initial Fees are final and non-refundable, you will not be refunded your Initial Fees unless you subscribed to a Benefit FPI, in which case we will refund you the difference, if any, between the amount paid and the amount you would have incurred if you had been subject to our standard rates in effect during this period and not to our special rates offered under the Benefit FPI.
Your termination will be effective within 3 business days of Customer Service's receipt of your cancellation notice.

    7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) clear days from your subscription (i.e., from your acceptance of these General Subscription Conditions) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, by writing to resiliation@weightwatchers.fr. If the seven-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the expiration will occur on the next business day.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal as indicated above, we will promptly refund you the amount of your Initial Fees, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of exercising your right of withdrawal.

I haven't read in detail, but if it's like dating sites:
The right of withdrawal can only be used if the service has not been used at all.
However, you said yourself that you tried it.
