Graveur DVD ne grave plus rien

Bonjour,
merci d'avance;J'ai depuis quelque temps un problème;c'est que mon graveur DVD de hp Compaq Presario cq60 ne grave plus rien, il commence le processus mais pour rien;il parait comme il est bloqué;puis il s'arrête;et à la fin de la procédure, il m'indique qu'une erreur est survenu et que la gravure n'a pas fonctionné. si je grave avec Windows il termine tout le processus et m'indique que le g ravage est réussi;mais il ne grave rien sur le disque .Que ce soit avec n'importe lequel programme ça fait toujours ça...
