Panasonic SC-HC3 not working

Hello,
I have no power on my Panasonic SC-HC3. CD is stuck inside. Power cable checked and nothing wrong. How do I dismantle the device?

      Same ... It doesn't work anymore!
      I don't know how to open it to see if it's a fuse problem.
