Empty the trash? Solved

Question

Hello,  I emptied my recycle bin so that my deleted file would be impossible to find.  Is there any way for someone to recover it?  Thank you in advance   Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 18.0

Yes, of course, if it has been saved on the hard drive it has left traces and there are programs to reconstruct it.
