Hello,
how to get HD on a Samsung LCD TV (26S(or5)86BDX that receives TNT well but not HD: I don’t want to subscribe through the PCMIA interface! Is there another way besides obviously using a decoder? Thank you

If your television only supports MPEG 2, it's impossible; add an external HD MPEG 4 TNT adapter or use Fransat HD via satellite.
Hello,
there is no HD tuner on your TV, the HD stream cannot be played. Only SD streams can be played.
your TV is HD ready (720p) and not Full HD (1080p).
if you bought the TV at Darty and took the 3-year warranty, you can still exchange it, I believe.
check your display menu just in case, not all HD channels are constantly HD.
