Hello,
The question is too vague to provide a relevant answer.
Are these emails replies to emails that you actually sent, or are they spontaneous? If the answer is no (not related to any emails you sent), we can almost certainly stop here, and you're just dealing with spam; that is the most likely scenario.
If the answer is yes, what is the exact error message contained in the received emails? -
Indeed, this is an email that I did not send (spam). The message is as follows:

By looking on the Orange forums, I saw that I was advised to change my password, but nothing has changed, I'm still receiving just as many emails!
Thank you for your responses. -
Hello,
I am not an expert in this matter but I would suggest two courses of action.
1- To stop receiving these emails, you can create a rule on your Orange webmail site that sends all emails with this title to the trash. The downside is that you won't see them anymore, but they will continue to circulate. I can't tell you exactly how to do it because I'm not with Orange.
2- If the email address in the body of the message (sop***.chop****@orange.fr) is yours (by the way, I advise you to mask it in your message to prevent it from being copied and used for spam), it means that it is likely your email address that is being used as the sender's address by the spammer. Indeed, this return email strongly resembles a blocking warning from anti-spam software. The spammer does not need your password, and changing it or not will have no effect on them. It is your email address that should be changed. In this case, it seems wiser to call Orange's customer service to ask for advice, as you may need to delete this address.
In general, I strongly advise you never to post your email address in plain text on a forum or on a website because there are bots that scan sites to collect addresses for spamming purposes or to use them to send spam. I'm sorry I can't help you further. -
