Clear the internet cache?

Hello,
I am in middle school and my school uses Pronote.
When I open this page, an error message appears asking me to clear my browser cache. I tried a solution that didn’t work
( https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/3037-vider-le-cache-du-navigateur-chrome-firefox-safari-et-ie#pour-internet-explorer-7-et-superieurs ). Do you have another one?
If so, thank you in advance.

P.S: I'm running Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9.

    Have you tried CCleaner as suggested? This software does a good job after all.

    Otherwise, try resetting IE 9 via tools > advanced > reset > delete personal settings then OK. Close IE ... Another solution: try to repair with
    Fixit. These are just suggestions.
