Bonjour,
Je suppose que ton mini-pc fonctionne avec Windows Seven, dans ce cas c'est l'édition Windows Seven "Starter". Et tu ne peux pas personnaliser ton fond d'écran, sauf si tu installes un nouveau locigiel.
