It must be in NTFS so it needs to be formatted in FAT32 to be recognized by the PS3

Thank you, but a friend saw it working on a PS3. So I was told that I needed to go into the settings and change something, but I've already spent hours and it still doesn't work. Thank you in advance. Olivier

Yes, I have a friend who has already seen a pink elephant too :-)
Plug it into your computer right-click properties
and tell me what it displays:
- FAT32 - NTFS

I have already gone into the settings menu many times and closed it with the cross but I still don't have the right solution thank you olivier
and then it will be triangle to show all and not cross
A crowded elevator will always feel different for a midget

Thank you, but I have the manual and it doesn't say much; it just talks about external SD cards. When I'm in the photos menu, it offers me photo gallery or playlist, and with the cross, it doesn't do anything. Thank you.

In the other music or video menu, there's nothing, it's a mess plus it's a gift for my wife.

If you're in the photos menu ok then if the key is visible it should be at the very bottom
