Intercom issue

Hello,

I have a problem in a building with a Terraneo intercom installed in 1993.
The person on the street cannot hear the one in the apartment.
Could it be caused by a malfunctioning station?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 7.0

    Hello, yes a faulty socket often creates a general audio problem, or it might just be that your microphone or speaker on the panel is broken.
    Two things to check: verify that the issue is experienced by all tenants or just yours.
    If it's general, consult a technician; if it's just yours, it must be broken.
