Hello,
Free requested the portability, I received the SIM card today, I inserted it and activated it on the Free website.
Is the Np code the unlock code?
Since I no longer have a connection with the Leclerc card, how will I receive it?
Do I need to return the Leclerc card? If so, I don't know what their SIM code is? (It doesn’t work anymore)

Did you enter the list of 17 or 19 digits found on the Free card?

SIM card identifier: 19 digits, that’s not working and not everything fits!
I will wait a few days and maybe consider a paid site, do you know of a reliable one?
What information do I need to provide (when asked), the one from the purchase invoice of the mobile at Darty (IMEI...) or the one from Leclerc?
At Darty, they do not recognize me.
The portability was done on the day I received the Free card.
I'm quite troubled!
