Bonjour à tous,

Je viens donc faire appel à vous pour un problème récurent depuis plus d'un an ou 2.
L'écran bleu universel de Windows apparaît donc sur mon PC, après un certain temps d'utilisation, de façon aléatoire que je sois sur un jeu ou sur Internet ou même avant de regarder l'ordinateur, pendant qu'il s'allumait. Je suis sur Vista, et je me souviens qu'il était apparu il y a longtemps puis avait disparu tout seul et est revenu depuis 2/3 mois 1 fois par semaine comme 2 fois en 2 jours ou 1 fois par mois.

Je voudrais savoir si quelqu'un pouvait essayer de me "guider" pour résoudre ce problème, les différents tutoriels étant souvent différents pour chaque problème et pas très précis, du moins ce que j'ai vu.

2) Telecharge WhoCrashed
Un petit programme qui va te creer un rapport sur le BSOD...
Ensuite tu postera ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. Ainsi, on pourra savoir quel est le fichier responsable...

Ah ça veut donc dire que c'est ce programme qui est responsable des crashs ? Les autres programmes sont régulièrement à jour, de suite quand une MAJ sort d'ailleurs surtout pour Avast et Nvidia.

Je précise que parfois l'ordinateur freeze (beaucoup plus souvent que le BSOD) et je ne peux plus rien faire sauf le redémarrer manuellement. Peut-être que ça a un rapport ? Si c'est bien ce processus qui a un problème, est-il "réparable", est-ce grave etc ?

Oui bien sur, les << Freeze >> sont signe d'un gros problème surtout qu'on ne peut pas comme tu l'a dit avoir d'autre solution que de l'éteindre a la manuelle. Oui c'est assez Grave. Mais ce n'est pas dramatique...

Ca vient surement de ta carte graphique vu qu'il y a ses Freeze.

Il semble que c'est la dernière version du pilote de la carte graphique ?

Si c'est le cas, il faudrait essayer avec une version antérieure ou alors le pilote de Windows.

J'avais mis à jour le pilote il y a un mois environ et c'est là que les problèmes avaient recommencé, et il y a eu une nouvelle MAJ il y a 3/4 jours je crois depuis plus rien alors je vais tenter de laisser comme ça pour l'instant je verrais si ça se reproduit avec cette version.

En tout cas merci beaucoup de ton aide, je reposterais si j'ai encore besoin :)
