Ouverture de session Windows 7 très lente

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un petit soucis avec mon ordi portable depuis quelques jours. Suite à l'installation d'un logiciel (abby finereader) dont on m'a donné les fichiers d'installation, mon ordi ne fonctionne plus correctement. J'espère que vous aurez un peu de temps pour lire mon roman lol
Au début, ma session s'ouvrait, non plus sur le bureau, mais sur une page web sans boutons pour la fermer ou la réduire. En plus cette page disait qu'elle ne pouvait pas se charger par défaut de connexion internet, alors que j'avais bien accès au net. Chose qui n'arrivait pas sur les autres sessions de mon ordi. J'ai téléchargé Spywarefighter qui m'a réparé pas mal de choses puisque cette page web a disparu.
Sauf que maintenant, l'ouverture des sessions est super lente. J'ai essayé d'interdire le lancement de certains logiciels au démarrage, mais rien ne change.
J'ai fait une analyse avec HijackThis, j'ai consulté plusieurs sites pour détecter le problème; mais ayant peur de faire des bêtises, je préfère demander conseil à des personnes comme vous qui s'y connaissent.

Relances Pré_scan, mais auparavant retélécharges le ici :

Puis poste le LIEN du rapport, pas le rapport il est trop long.

j'ai fait comme cabrier a dit et voilà le rapport, j'espère que cette fois rien n'a bloqué le scan, je n'ai plus d'antivirus et j'ai désactivé le pare-feu

desinstalle la suite Fighters ca vaut rien du tout (spamfighter et compagnie )
desinstalle ad-aware si installé

Attention !!! pense à re-désactiver tes protections

Selectionne tout le texte qui s'y trouve CTRL+A puis CTRL+C ou clic droit/copier

Relance Pre_scan puis choisis l'option "Script"

une page va s'ouvrir

logiquement le texte que tu as sélectionné s'y trouve déjà , donc tu fermes et le programme va travailler.

sinon colle-le (clic droit/coller ou ctrl+V) dans la page vierge.

puis onglet fichier => enregistrer (pas enregistrer sous...) , puis ferme le texte

des fenetres noires risquent de clignoter , c'est normal , c'est le programme qui travaille

poste Pre_Script.txt qui apparaitra sur le bureau en fin de travail

relance Pre_scan , clique sur RegEdit

ensuite déplie avec les petits "+" :
