Hello, I know there are already topics on this subject but they all go in every direction and I can't find an answer.
So I'm creating a topic in hopes of getting a clear answer.
Here’s my problem, I download with the uTorrent software and recently the availability of my torrents is at 0 (red bar).
My ratio is normal and the torrents I'm trying to download have a reasonable number of Seeders and Leechers.
If you have had the same problem and resolved it, please reply.
Thank you :)

    It's good! :)
I went into the settings of my Livebox, in the Networks and Services section I went to Livebox then to security mode. My security mode was set to high, I changed it to medium and it worked. I set it back to high mode to be more secure, but every time I want to download, I have to change my security mode back to medium. Because in high mode, I always have the same availability problem.
"High and Custom security levels may prevent some internet services from working properly" on Orange Support.
Thanks kernel64bits for replying to me even though I solved my problem on my own and by "chance".

Hello, I have about the same issue as L0veSlipKnot61. I'm downloading on µTorrent and I hadn't had any particular problems, but now I want to download a Sims 3 game and I noticed that in the trackers it also says
    [DHT] not allowed
    [Local Peer Discovery] not allowed
    [Peer Exchange] not allowed
    and the bar is red.
I wanted to know how you changed the configuration of your Livebox, from your computer or by contacting Orange, because I can't find it. Sorry, I'm not very skilled.
    Thank you for your help.

Hi, no I haven't touched anything.
I've tried several software, it doesn't work either. I tried with my desktop computer and it doesn't work either.
I forgot to mention that I'm with Orange and I'm on Windows 7.
I looked in the configuration of my Livebox, it accepts uTorrent and the same goes for my firewall.
In the Trackers tab in uTorrent, there is:
    [DHT] not allowed
    [Local Client Search] not allowed
    [Client Exchange] not allowed

Just in case it might be useful to someone... A friend told me it came from the site, and indeed, when going to other sites, it works. So it's simply the kind of 411 where they warn you to read first, which may require really reading beforehand to continue smoothly. I couldn't find where it was, but maybe they don’t want me anymore.

Anyway, it works on the other sites.

I just clicked on my download where the bar was red ::
Look at the top of Utorrent
Click on an icon shaped like a downward arrow
Click on it and normally the download should start.

Hi, it worked for me this way: (On Windows 7)

    -Control Panel
    -Network and Sharing Center
    Then,
    -Change adapter settings
    -Right-click on wireless network connection
    -Properties
    -Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
    -Properties
Click on Obtain DNS server address automatically and OK.
Restart the computer and no more problem.

Best regards hoping this can help.
