Shoe size mix-up

Hello, I placed an order on Cdiscount and I received it a few days later, but I noticed that my pair of shoes was too small. How can I exchange or refund it? If possible.

    Hello,

    You can normally exchange within 7 days, send an email to Cdiscount's customer service, and they will provide you with an address to return the shoes for the exchange.
