Personally, I have restarted the game several times, and each time, it’s impossible to unlock the chest at Alexandre's Manor! And yet I had well under 800 euros and fewer than 50 items... How can I manage to do it?

Well, to unlock, you need to have less than 50 articles in stock.
And less than 800 euros in the cash register.
Then you make a customer,
You go to the manor and there you go!
