Windows un peu lent même après un reformatage

Bonjour,
Cela fait environ trois mois que j'ai montés une config gamer de gamme moyenne :
MSI P67A-C45
I5 2500K
SAPPHIRE HD7850 OC
CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB
WD-CAVIAR BLUE 500GB SATA 3 (6gb) 16mo cache (modèle : WD5000aakx)
Et donc depuis que j'ai cette config je trouve le démarrage de windows lent par rapport à mon ancienne config largement plus pourri (P5Q PRO, E8400, HD4870, 4GB, HDD 7200RPM). C'est juste le démarrage qui est lent après que le pc est complètement chargé le tout est assez réactif, sauf dans le cas où je copie un fichier vers une autre partition, alors là firefox ou autre logiciel mettent un temps fou pour démarrer, donc je soupçonne le disque dur, mais celui ci à un très bon taux de transfert pour un hdd (7200rpm), j'ai testé la plupart de mes matériels grâce à ce lien https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/composants/25371-tester-des-composants-de-pc-les-meilleurs-outils-gratuits/ , mais je n'arrive pas à trouver exactement où ce situe le problème, je pense quand même que c'est le disque dur mais je n'en suis pas si sûr.
J'ai installé un logiciel de management de PC en ligne "Soluto" qui permet de voir le temps que met le pc pour démarrer, donc je vous montre en images les résultats donné par celui-ci :

Par exemple Internet Download Manager met ici 1.3 sec à démarrer alors que sur mon ancienne config il met 0.2sec, Soluto qui met 5.9 sec alors que sur l'autre çà ne dépasse pas les 2sec et j'en passe !

C'est pas forcément un problème de hard. Il faut regarder les tâches lancées au démarrage et trier prudemment. HIJACKTHIS est un bon outil. Voir :

Juste une question pour être sur : Avez utilisé un DVD original de windows pour l'installation ??
A savoir les copies "pirate" sont parfois truffé de cadeau invisible car installé avec Windows...

EDIT : Le chargement de windows est rapide, mais c'est après qu'il a fini de charger. Il y a un écran noir qui dure 5sec suivi de l'écran bleu "démarrage" qui prend du temps et il faut environ 10sec pour charger le bureau et pour pouvoir lancer un logiciel après avoir été connecté sur la session.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0Md6qbsbls
