Issue "Windows is loading files"

Hello,
I'm reaching out to you because I have a (big?) problem with my Eee PC! It's the 1215B model running Windows 7. I bought it last December and until now I had never had any problems with it!
Last night, before going to bed, I shut it down normally as usual, and this morning when I turned it on, surprise!!! A black screen appeared with several solutions. And there I messed up, the page looked a lot like the start page when the computer shuts down improperly and without thinking I pressed enter without worrying too much... Right after, a page appeared saying "windows is loading files" with a loading bar and when that bar was full, a window with a language choice appeared on a background I had never seen before...

What do you think I did? Is Windows reinstalling? Why did this message appear this morning?

click on next, then here click on repair
