desunstalle pctools

supprime puis retelecharge pre_scan sous la version .pif et lance-le

Télécharge ici :OTL

▶ enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

si tu as XP => double clique
si tu as Vista ou windows 7 => clic droit "executer en tant que...."

sur OTL.exe pour le lancer.

▶ => Clique ici pour voir la Configuration

▶ Copie et colle le contenu de ce qui suit en gras dans la partie inférieure d'OTL "Personnalisation"

A la fin du scan, le Bloc-Notes va s'ouvrir avec le rapport (OTL.txt).

Ce fichier est sur ton Bureau (en général C:\Documents and settings\le_nom_de_ta_session\<Bureau ou Desktop>\OTL.txt)

Clique sur Correction
Patiente pendant le travail de l'outil, il doit ensuite redémarrer le PC.
Accepte en cliquant sur OK.
Le rapport indiquant les actions réalisées par OTL doit s'ouvrir spontanément après redémarrage.

Tu peux le retrouver le fichier à la racine du disque dans ce dossier : C:\_OTL\MovedFiles

▶ Télécharge SystemLook sur ton Bureau.

▶ Double-clique sur SystemLook.exe pour le lancer.

▶ Copie-colle le texte en gras ci-dessous dans la zone texte de SystemLook :

▶ Clique sur le bouton Look pour démarrer l'examen.

▶ A la fin, le Bloc-notes s'ouvre avec le résultat de l'analyse. Copie-colle le rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.

▶ Installe et lance ZHPDiag.exe

▶ Clique sur le tournevis puis sur Tous pour cocher toutes les cases des options.

▶ Clique sur la loupe pour lancer l'analyse.

A la fin de l'analyse,

▶ Pour me transmettre ton rapport utilise le site http://pjjoint.malekal.com

▶ Clique sur Parcourir et cherche le fichier C:\ZHP\ZHPDiag.txt

▶ Clique sur Ouvrir.

▶ Clique sur "Envoyer le fichier".

J'ai désinstaller Firefox et réinstaller et le problème à l'air d'avoir disparu par contre hier tu m'a fais lancer "defogger" et ce que je dois le relancer ?
