Hello,

Every time I start Windows, when I try to launch Photoshop, an error code appears.
"The application failed to start correctly (0xc0000043)"
I click OK, relaunch Photoshop and then it works, no more issues.

This error message bothers me a bit.
I haven't installed anything particular recently.
For your information:
Antivirus: Panda Cloud
I use TuneUp Utilities 2011

    I found the solution to my problem. It was Custopack tools that had uninstalled incorrectly, so I reinstalled it and then proceeded with a new uninstallation.

      Good evening, I am using Win7/64 and I consistently receive the same unpleasant message "the application failed to start correctly (0xc0000043)"... despite having completely uninstalled the application at least 4 times and then reinstalled it (with registry cleaning!):
      "EaseUS Todo Backup Workstation 6.5 Trial"... the problem persists

      Safe Mode does not allow the application to launch (which otherwise worked well before... before Windows updates...??)
      I have also uninstalled and then reinstalled all the latest Windows updates... and tried other small manipulations but nothing works..! (No possible restoration of the config because I no longer have restore points..?)
      So if anyone has the solution... because the issue is independent of the application in question... please let me know as soon as possible

    I have exactly the same issue and have never used "Custopack Tools." However, I also have Tune Up 2012 and Panda Cloud.
