hi
you need to press FN+F10
I'm also attaching the link to the manual where I found the answer (page 46)
download it on your PC, it's free

Your link on page 46 doesn't show me the procedure to follow for the download, and FN+F10 doesn't display anything on my screen.
ok
tell me if I'm dreaming!!!
HP ProBook User Manual
Decrease the screen brightness
Press fn+f9 to decrease the screen brightness. To decrease it gradually, hold
these keys down.
Increase the screen brightness
Press fn+f10 to increase the screen brightness. To increase it gradually,
hold these keys down.
And you can "save as" when you go to the bottom right
You have a table that appears (you can enlarge, reduce, save as, and print)

No, you're not dreaming!! Lol, thank you for taking care of my computer problem
Well, the thing is, even with the shortcut keys it doesn't work on mine, it's FN+F2 to lower the screen brightness and FN+F3 to increase the screen brightness. But nothing happens when I do that
Plus, when I go to <control panel><power options> and in the left pane there is <change when the computer sleeps>, before when I clicked on it there was a slider I could move for the screen brightness, now it's gone
Do you have an explanation?? Thank you
