Change the language of a TI-83 Plus calculator

Popoi, thank you, thanks to you I managed to switch back to French, just one thing, once you've clicked on apps, you need to click on 3 and not 4, then you click on 1 and it should be in French, usually :)

To Jojo: yeah, I pulled the manip from my own TI 83+ but I imagine it might change depending on the model but anyway, the concept is there :)

You probably have a TI 83 and not a TI 83+ since you don't have an apps button, and since I don't have one, I can't really tell you, but if you don’t have it or if you lost your manual (that happens), here’s a copy in pdf: education.ti.com/~/media/DA98A322C6F74FA5A429D068A7C30E0B
To be honest, I haven’t read it, but anyway my ctrl+F searches for "français", "anglais," or "langue" did not yield any results, so I guess it's not possible with a TI 83. After that, you can look it up "a la mano" if you’re motivated.

I borrowed my friend's TI 82 Plus but everything is in English :c (I'm not very good at English) so I would like to change it to French. However, in apps, I only have Finance. No French option.

In fact, I also thought the "apps" button didn't exist, but actually it's the only pink button. So let's warm up our eyes better from now on. Thanks for the help!
