How to make fractions with the TI-83 Plus

I need to do fractions in mathematics and I just got my TI-83 Plus calculator and I don't know anything, can you help me?

    Hi,

    If you have the transparent blue TI 83+, you're out of luck, it doesn't have the fraction feature! You'll have to stick to paper and pencil...

    If you have the black version (new model), the fraction templates are available via the Alpha+F1 keys (1 or 2), function templates like integrals via Alpha + F2, matrices via Alpha + F3, and variables via Alpha + F4.

    If you have the premium CE version (gray, color screen), the fraction button is below the arrows and the shortcuts are the same as the black calculator.
