Hello,
I lost my phone - Leclerc mobile operator - while I wanted to sign up with Free while keeping my number. The problem is that without my phone, I can't receive my RIO code via SMS and if I ask for a SIM card from Leclerc, they will charge me for it.
Does anyone have a solution?

Could someone please provide me with Free's RIO code? Please answer quickly, it's urgent. I've locked my phone and it's asking for my PUK code, and since I haven't activated my Free account yet, it's asking for my RIO. So please respond, I really need it.

Another SIM card would have a different RIO number.

Contact Leclerc Mobile customer service, I think they can provide you with this number.

What importance does another RIO number have since it allows me to identify my line?
I don't understand...

The RIO number is used to identify your mobile line ... and as you know, a line is also associated with a number.

Another SIM card = another number = another line = another RIO number

Porting using a number from another SIM card = porting a phone number that is not the desired one.

I've never seen anyone contact customer service by SMS ... call customer service, or at worst, send a letter.

I just got my Rio code.
They replied to me! Not without trying to make me a few offers, but still nice of them.
To get back to what you said, I already got a 2nd SIM card for a lost phone and kept my number, that’s normal after all.

Good evening, I would like to know how to obtain my RIO without calling, because as you can see, I cannot call... I think I have a problem with the operator I would like to part ways with, but I can't reach them...
Does anyone know if there is another way to do this other than the free call??? Thank you in advance.
