Nouvelle ordinateur mais écran bleu

Bonjour,

J'ai un nouvelle ordinateur portable depuis samedi après midi. Jusqu'à aujourd'hui je ne m'en étais pas encore servi. Au bout de quelques minutes ou mon ordinateur est allumé, l'écran passe au bleu et m'indique :

J'espere que quelqu'un pourra m'aider, car sinon je le ramène chez le vendeur pour être remboursé.
