Hello,
first of all, thanks to the team at commentçamarche and to everyone who helps us;
I am a teacher, I work in a computer room equipped with a server computer and other client computers; these computers have the Windows OS and have the netsupportschool software
1) The problem is that netsupport school tutor does not detect the students' computers, and when I run the ltd netsupportschool deploy to redeploy the configuration file or the netsupportschool software, it displays the following messages: "Error obtaining platform information for -client name- the network path is not valid"
2) on a client computer, netsupportschool opens without asking for a password (hence the student can see the work of others if they are detected) but I can't find any command in the NSS interface that will allow me to change the password state
while waiting for your responses, thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.11

The best thing would be to ask the software editor http://www.netsupportsoftware.com/FR/index.asp

Install your software peer-to-peer in "client" mode, then the "tutor" computer will recognize it. The "deploy" mode does not work well because of VNC.
Thank you dorb;
The software is already installed on all the workstations; I managed to partially resolve the issue by using an unsecured Wi-Fi network (without security key),
** The current problem is how to display the names of the client workstations instead of the names of the sessions opened on them, can you help me?
*** For the network protected by a key, the cause of the reported problem above is different. Initially, it displays a dialog box: "Connect to network resource: ...client workstation name... : username: _________________ password: __________, I give the username of the tutor workstation and its password and check a box indicating to use the same parameters for all resources... ==> this does not yield the result.
